This happens when the style-sheets aren't or cannot be loaded. Looking at your page I see some jquery related errors in the dev console. Did you change anything about jquery recently, maybe upgrade to a newer version?

I think it might work if you set author="{Giuseppe Lanza et al.}".

I don't think that's possible if your bibtex entries show all authors. But you can, of course, just update your bibtex files to get the result you want. Is that not an option?

I can't seem to find your user based on that email address. Is it possible you used a different one?

Hi Ronald,

Did you by any chance use a different email address when you logged in before? ....4@gmail.com?

Yes, you can add this to your css file to hide it:

.groupby.keyword { display: none; }

What's your BibBase username, where do you currently show your publications on the web, and what's your partner's site? Once I have more context I'll be able to better advise what's the best solution. Thanks.

Your account has been deleted.

I've investigated this a little bit. The difference between these two pages is that on https://www.lcneuro.org/publications you use the "My Publications" collection of Zotero, while on https://www.neuroblox.org/publications you use the lcneuro group collection. Zotero seems to be exporting tags/keywords for the latter but not the former -- or maybe it's a bug on their end if this previously worked, as you said. Definitely not related to the display of the download links though. I've verified this with my own Zotero collections, too, and get the same behavior (no keywords when using My Publications, but the same entry added to a group or "Entire Library" works).
