Accessibility bug: dropdown toggle link missing accessible name

Hello! We embed BibBase on one of our pages on vims.edu, and that embed flagged an issue during our recent web accessibility audit. The dropdown toggle element seems to be missing an accessible name, causing a WCAG 2.1/2.2 SC 4.1.2 failure. The anchor contains only an aria-hidden icon and decorative caret, with no aria-label or aria-labelledby. We think the fix would be simple so wanted to bring to your attention. Thanks!
