Nevermind, I figured out that BibBase automatically decides how to assign a page to a user based on how many publications of that author appear on that page (please correct me if I'm wrong). I now managed to also claim a token from the BibBase site.

The issue now is that another author of my publications, who does not use BibBase and appears in almost all my papers, has his name linked to my page. Would you know how to fix that?
