BibBase not updating citations from Zotero on my website

Keith Larson 7 aastat tagasi uuendaja Keith Larson 7 aastat tagasi 5

I am not sure why the BibBase entries on my website are not updating, reflexing updates (i.e. new citations) in my Zotero database.

For example, these do not match:

Zotero Group: https://www.zotero.org/groups/arcticcirc/items/collectionKey/H8RHDR58

Webpage with embedded html/javascript: https://www.arcticcirc.net/david-seekell

Using:

<script src="https://bibbase.org/show?bib=https%3A%2F%2Fbibbase.org%2Fzotero%2Fcirc-publications&jsonp=1&filter=authors:Seekell[^a-z]"></script>

Any suggestions?

"reflexing" = reflecting (sorry for not catching this!)

Ok, I will try this when I get back to the office, but I thought I would let you know that I only used the code generation using the Generate BibBase page from your Zotero "Library", collections, or groups link, found on our homepage.

Yes, my apologies, that page still needs to be updated.

I am sorry, but I am still having problems getting the entire bibliography from Zotero to pull into my website. I have followed your instructions above ("comment-445"). My code looks like:

https://bibbase.org/show?bib=https%3A%2F%2Fbibbase.org%2Fzotero%2Fcirc-publications&jsonp=1

It pulls in most of the publications, but there are some that do not show up on the webpage.

Compare:

https://www.zotero.org/groups/arcticcirc/items/

to:

https://www.arcticcirc.net/publications/

I additionally have the same problem when I use filters:

https://bibbase.org/show?bib=https%3A%2F%2Fbibbase.org%2Fzotero%2Fcirc-publications&jsonp=1&filter=authors:Karlsson[^a-z]

Any ideas what is wrong? Is there something in the Zotero bibliographic records themselves that is causing the problem. For example, here is a record that is missing from my webpage (using the above BibBase code):

Tanentzap, A. J., B. W. Kielstra, G. M. Wilkinson, M. Berggren, N. Craig, P. A. del Giorgio, J. Grey, J. M. Gunn, S. E. Jones, J. Karlsson, C. T. Solomon, and M. L. Pace. 2017. Your help is VERY much appreciated and I really love your website and tools. If there is anyway to compensate you for your efforts, please let me know!
